Lost my hotmail pass

Hello, i lost my hotmail pass.i didn't have to use it much and it is the one that has myspace info on it
and i cant get in either.plz help me get in my old hotmail acc.it was either tweed69 or tweed6969@hotmail.com,thanks.

Dear Sir,

Please get at hotmail sign in page and click on forgot password and

just follow the instructions to have the password back.
