Hello,

guy can some plz help me my iphone is not being recognise on my pc it keep saying insert disk every time in plug it into the usb jack.do u think i need the cd to install it.i do not have the cd for the the phone .some plx help me.

yes you need to install it if not yet done

download it from Apple website:

https://support.apple.com/en_GB/downloads
