Sound driver needed urgently

Hello,
i'm not able to find any sound driver for my laptop,my laptop is compaq presario c770tu and product no. is kt188pa#acj,previosly i had conexant high definition input/output installed on my system,but somehow i lost it in installing some other sound driver,i have windows xp installed.
