My i phone 32GB Made in China memory problem

Hello,
my i phone 32GB made in china have memory problem when i open files , camera, picturs, vidicon then its says no memory card and when open File then say currupted partition table tell me its sulation.

Seems to be clear to me that you need to change the memory of the iphone or maybe format the iphone !

My memory iPhone 32gb made in china.... cannot reading to... if I open camera, video, and manager folder always "No Memory card" please help me to...!!
