Black Screen

Hello,my computer shows a black screen with the cursor on.what might be the problem.please advice its really pissing me off.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.1

Hi there,

remove your memory stick(ram)

clean and resit back and if you have two then remove one by one and restart your machine

this will solve your issue
