My phone cannot connect me to the internet

Hello,
I obtained my phone settings for browsing from the customer care but it only worked for a few seconds and start experiencing the problems of failure to connect as in inasema "unable to establish secured connection". Please help me get the settings for my phone, it ia Motorolla W220. My phone number is 0712541389. Thanks

Dear Morrikan,

I will recommend you to contact your network provider for fixing the problem that you are facing.

They will be in better position to see what specific configuration settings needs to be modified.
