Cpu Beeping constantly

Hi
I just installed 2 new ram chips turned cpu on and it started to beep constantly ive checked to make sure they are the right ones they are for pc100.. any idea?

Remove the two new RAM modules (and if necessary replace your old one). Does the computer now work?
Install one new RAM module. Does the computer work?
Remove the new RAM module and install the other one in its place.
