Hello, i have gotten locked out of my laptop and want to make a new user so i can log in. can i use a batch file on a memory stick to do this and if yes how. it is an XP

this is not possible without logging in

reset the password and create a new account

or boot in safe mode and log to administrator

account and reset or create new user account
