Hello, I cant connect blue tooth to cell phone not able to search for new devices

Dear Becky,

Please try bringing the bluetooth device closer and see whether it works. Try undertaking the

process again until you find it. If still it doesn't work, confirm whether it is the phone's bluetooth

device which is faulty or the laptop's one.

Please confirm it for having a proper solution.
