Deny access to router

Hello,
i have a problem in my router.i give an ip access on router and after i want to deny, this ip that i give him the permission,access on router.i put the word : access-list lanout extended deny ip host 192.168.19.132 any doesn't work.why?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
