Hello,

I am using a sonny digital camera. I have copied snaps from the camera to a CD (non re-writeabe) through wizard. The images are in JPEG format. I am able to view the image in a computer, but not able to use the CD in a VCD player or a DVD player. What should I do, Should I convert the images to any other file format please tell me.

Thanks and regards

Rekha

Dear Rekha,

You will be able to view the photos through clicking on explore.

This will allow you to view them without any problem and without

having to change their format. However if the photos have been

compiled under a movie, you won't be able to separate them.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Rekha,

You will be unable to view it unless it has been saved in the proper format. I will advise you

to compile the pictures using Windows Movie Maker. This will solve the problem that you

are actually having.

Thanks.
