Problems with ringtones on my Nokia 5130

Hello, i have a nokia 5130 xpressMusic phone i am having trouble selecting a ring town on the phone when i select set as tone it says cannot be set as a ringing tone

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

The format of the ring tones are .aac and 2 of them are mp3, three of the tones work
