Unable to see files in HD explorer VISTA

Hello,
i am using windows vista ultimate and i probably installed something that stuffed up my whole hardisk.
all my folders were converted to applications which avg deleted as viruses.
the partitions now show that there is about 100 gb of data in the drives but the explorer doesnt show anything.
please help!

remove the anti virus and use another one

then go to folder properties and press on show hidden files
