MY SOUND ON LABTOP ISNT WORKING

Hello,
PLEASE HELP; I JUST BOUGHT MY COMPUTER AND ALL THE SOUND SETTINGS ARE CORRECT. I CAN HEAR THE SOUNDS WHEN I TURN THE COMPUTER ON AND OFF. BUT WHEN I AM ONLINE I CAN HEAR A PIECE OF THE MUSIC THEN IT TURNS OFF. PLEASE HELP

Dear Sir,

You should activate the sounds over your account.

You will be able to access to it via the control panel.
