Windows Live platform has stopped working!Solved/Closed

Question

Hey,
i can manage to get on my msn but then as soon as im logged on then a box comes up saying!....



Windows Live communications Platform has stopped working:
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

But there never is a SOLUTION and i can't add anyone on my msn and they can't add me 

i was going to cancel my msn but i don't want it to delete all my contacts.Is there anyway in which you could help me please? : )

hi there,

remove it from your system by using zap messenger

then reinstall the application use link below 

to download zap messenger:
