Windows not starting

Hi people,
could you help me my pc is not working properly. When it comes to desktop it restarts could anyone help me? I have windows xp installed on my pc and a core2duo as processor with 1gb ddr2 ram.
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

hi,
the configuration for your computer is ok and this is a common problem with windows. all you have to do is to try to repair the windows and if it is not good after that then youll have no choice other than to format it.
