Page number in word

Hello,
how to give page numbers in word 2007 in a procedure, where number 1 will be on the right side of page and number 2 will be on the left side of page and so on.....

Dear Nilachal,

You will have to select 'Insert'.

Then click on 'Page Number'.

You will have to choose whether you want to insert the page numbers on the top or at the bottom.

You will then be allowed different page number formats, just select one.
