How to flash my s e w580i

hi i have s e w580i and k550 and them both have the same problem. when i press power button nothing hapents, screen dont turns on, just a red light is blincking. on some forums i read that i need to flash my phones. i download xs++ and i do all the steps it need but the xs++ dont recognize my phones (error: can not open communication port) even my PC dont recognize my phones when i plug them in. please help me

Dear Sir,

I would be recommending you to get your phones to a technician.

They will detect what is going wrong with it and will help you on the matter.

me too facing the same problem what u r facing

i have given it to a technician he is asing nearly 600rs indian money for this simple flash up problem
