How to make pendrive bootable

Hello,
i have a laptop. In my lap the os is linux. i want to change it into windows xp. but there is no cd/dvd drive. Can i use my pendrive for booting xp .iF yes can u tell the steps to make my pendrive bootable

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.14
