Phone connection via pc suite cannot be found

Hello,

My new KG K360 will not connect to my pc via the usb cable and pc suite when I try to set it up via the instal wizard. Why is this happening? Please help?

Configuration: Windows XP
Safari 532.0

Dear Red Dragon,

While you connect your PC, you are unable to use your phone for making any call or for sending any messages.

It is a normal thing that happens for the fact that you are using the memory space available on the phone or

memory card. You will not be able to obtain connection via your phone while it is connected to your PC.
