Hello,My computer is an dell and i have windows xp IN MY OTHER ROOM.But all of a sudden IT could not go pass the windows xp opening screen.The screen went blank,so then i tried to bring it up with everything and it still wouldn't
work PLEASE HELP.

Dear Sir,

If you are able to have access to the BIOS settings, format it.

Yet if you see that it is not starting up anymore, check if the battery's life is not up.

It might also be from defections in the hardware.

You should bring it to a computer technician in this situation.
