Dvd drive not reading discs

Hello,
any buddy plz help me out.i hv a sahara kn1 series notebook .windows xp os.my dvd rive doesnt read any disks at all ,not cds not even dvds there ar no error messages even.plz help

Dear Anup,

Each DVD Drive has a specific life time.

It might be that your DVD Drive lifetime has ended.

Consider making a Computer Technician check it up for knowing if you need to purchase a new one.

Thans for replyin but actually my pc is hardly a yer or so old ,do u still think i should replace the dvd drive?
