Bsnl broad band connection problem

Hello,
we have bsnl broad connection for my home pc.my browser is mozilla.when i start browsing it is disconnected with in 10 min.i am unable to connect with that browser.but my google talk is in connecting mode also i am able to chat with my frds even though my browser is in disconnected mode.but broad band connection is not disconnected.its in connection mode only.plz give me sugitions.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.3

your isp and explain them the issue

they will provide you the solution
