Hello,
it has been killing me on my computer,after downloading a software,if my computer is turned of and on again the programe will be lost i cant open it again,

Dear Sir,

While downloading anything, you are offered two options.

One is to open the file and the other one is for saving it.

Any downloads should be saved in order to have it on your PC.
