I installed magic jack but I was registered before. I just moved from California to Florida. I can't seem to get Magic Jack going and it keeps popping up on my screen and I can't get it off. Last thing I need after this stressful move is to fight with an internet problem. What do I do to get my password? That might help. On TV you say there is 3 steps...not true. It's getting me so agree because I'm not good with this stuff and I thought it was going to be simple. In California my grand daughter installed it and it didn't seem like such a complicated thing but it's turning out to be.
