Problem with gta 4

Hello,

I have a problem with gta 4, when i click play it says [Application failed to launch] the application you are attempting no longer exists

if you could help that would be great

hi there,

reinstall the game

or replace the missing files

that is the problem,
the pcdvd doesn't let it reinstall, nothing happens ?!?
