Ctrl+alt+del problem

Hello,
whenever i press ctrl +alt +del my pc starts to log off instead of opening task manager. i need a solution for this problem.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello are u holding Ctr Alt delete down when you do this? if so holding control alt delete down will actually log you offf your current user.
