To sync your mobile to your computer you will have to use Nokia PC suite,

Please download it and then install it on your computer

Please download nokia pc suite here:

http://europe.nokia.com/get-support-and-software/download-so­ftware/nokia-pc-suite

plug in your phone, all drivers will be installed automatically
