Hello,
I have had word program installed since 2008 and have down loaded updates for over 12 months. When i down loaded an update on 9-20 it locked me out and said that I need a new product key and i do not have one and since it was loaded by a person who no longer is employed at the company and he has taken the listing on pproduct keys with him.

Is there a way for me to get my word/ office program unlocked so i can access my files?

My computer is a Mac book.

if its registered for company use

please contact Microsoft for more help

or register for new product key
