I paid for Personal Antivirus

Hello,
I paid for the Personal Antivirus for a year and it just disappeared after a few weeks??? Is it even real?

Dear Sir,

The Personal Antivirus is a fake one, it's a rogue anti-spyware and make people waste their money!

I will advise you to remove it as it doesn't protect your system!!

I also paid for the Personal Antivirus figuring I could just cancel it before the first 30 days but found out it's a fake and there was no activiation number and no place to cancel it. I had to contact my bank to change my banking information as I was worried about identity/personal info theft. I was really taken in!!!
