Hello,
I have just bought a new laptop and it has vista on it, when i download any movies windows media player only plays sound and not video please help

I hear sound but no video

k lite codecs does not always work. i found a few movies i own do not play with k lite you need vlc player if k lite fails. its handy to own both as k lite allows you to copy it to dvd.
