Unable to load gui

Hello,
yesterday i log on to youtube to watch vids but it's said get the the lastest adobe player so i click it but when i click install a pop up shown "unable to load a gui"...

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

I have had the same problem and have followed your link, not only did it cost me £4.00 for the text code (which i was told afterwards!!!) but it did not solve the problem and I am still getting the same code 'Unable to load GUI'.
What is your advice now it has cost me £4.00?
