Hello,
Not sure if my last message was posted. Just joined today.

I'm running Windows XP since 2004 and are the administrator.

I'm trying to remove some start up menu items and get the error message: ACCESS DENIED: YOU MUST LOG IN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

I've started the computer in SAFE MODE and entered a NEW PASSWORD, but when I restart the computer in normal, and try to remove some programs, I still get the same error message.

Configuration: Windows XP
AOL 9.0
