HELP!! McAfee

hey, i just installed McAfee today, and now MSN won't open up
i opened up task manager to check if it showed up, and yes msnmsgr.exe does show up, but after a few minutes it disappears, i tried re-installing MSN, and it still doesn't work
has anyone else had this problem?
