Dear Rabi
First of all your phone need to be configure to connect to the network, for this you will need the information from your network operator.
Also i dont know if this phone model support to work as modem, some phone can connect to the internet but they cannot share the connection with a computer. to know if it support that, try to synchronise your phone and pc over the bluetooth, if the phone appear as modem. it mean support it
