Hello,
I can'tget my web cam started although i have tried to start it by going to the start program and then Hp... but it still doesn't start up.Please provide me a solution or a website to solve this problem.

Do you have your webcam driver? You are in the best place on internet to solve your problem , all you have to do is to re-install your web cam driver otherwise please provide me more details concerning your Computer configuration ..
