Hello,

The touch screen on my phone suddenly stop working. I have lost the use of all icons on the screen including the menu icon. Can anyone advise me on what to do. Thanks

Hello Sir,

You will have to reset your samsung phone,

There's a reset switch near the power switch, just use a pin to press the switch

This will solve the problem
