Hello,
When I plug the headphone in my laptop, the laptop speaker and headphone work at the same time. Could you please help me here. I have tried many headphones. Usually it should give priority to the headphone once its pluged in not at the same time.

Hello there,

You just have to check your sound device software to play sound only on handset when jack is plugged in...

Just Go to Control Panel and search for your sound device software, sometimes can be found on the taskbar
