OMNIA serious issues

Hi,
When i use to travel, sometimes my OMNIA doesnt work. It shows full signals but cannot make or recieve any call or text messages but it can connect to GPRS. Also when i compose a text msg in conversation, an incoming call is picked up automatically. Can some one please help?

Hello there,

Please make a backup of all your data in your phone,

Just copy to a folder in your pc,

Then make a Hard Reset to your phone,

Go to Menu > Settings > click on the System Tab

Open Hard Reset Option

Please note that this will erase all your data and set the phone to factory settings,

Then you will need to configure your GPRS again
