Hello,
Bought brand new 4th G Ipod Nano hooked it up to the computer that btw works for different Nano and a Touch and it became frozen. Did a reboot and didn't work tried several times. Sent it back for a new one and they sent it back saying nothing was wrong with it. Got it back today...had it working, sync'd the music, ejected it..said Ok to disconnect and then froze there...I tried a reboot (centre button and menu) and now it is stuck on the faint apple icon...it's fully charged so I have no idea what to do now.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
