Hello,
My name is suman, I have got the problem of dvd rom.when i on the computer and xp is on then i get some information new hardware found of the dvd rom. i got HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4242n dvd rom. Can u plz give me some information how can i fix this problem.

hi suman my name is raghu, new hardware found meance your are not updated the drivers so its asking for the driver just go to google and search for the specific driver and update it thats all............
