Help me get bluetooth drivers

Hello,
my laptop was formatted soon after i dscovered that the bluetooth no longer works & the dvd drive could not read dvds but play cds. i checked the device manager & found that bluetooth & other drivers were not installed. i tried installing them from the resource cd but the cd will alway report "encountered problem, needs shutdown". i also to tried to down load from the net but couldnt get the right drivers. pls help me out. thanks.

Hi there,

its obvious you need to install the drivers

for the computer to know what are devices

attached to it and functions

please give more information on the computer

model and series and operating system
