webcam trouble please help!!!Closed

Hello,

please i need help! just got a philips SPC210NC webcam. i install the software but something happens, and a little box appears with 'error 2'...but then continues to 'successfully downloaded' asking me if i want to restart etc.

i the plug in my webcam and it notifies me saying it cannot find the software??

any ideas/help woul be appreciated so much!
