Windows Vista Ultimate OEM wont activate

Hello,

I recently purchased a copy of windows vista ultimate 32-bit OEM, and when i stick in the DVD, it asks for the Cd-Key, I enter the CD-Key on the Sticker inside the box, and it says "Your Cd-Key cannot be authenticated"

What am i doing wrong??

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.5.2
