How to twist rj45 connector

Hello,
Please I want to connect two of my laptop to the internet using rj45 connector.
I have an hp laptop with internet already installed and working thus I want to connect the other laptop to the hp so as to enable my younger brother to connect to the internet via my hp laptop using RJ45 connector but I dont know how to set the connector mouth so as to connect both laptops.
Please help me out. I would also like a picture diagram illustration.

I have two units of pcs and i wanted to set up local networking without using hub some says i need to twist rj45 cable to make it cross over. can you illustrate how to do it?
