I can not open an attach word document

Hello,
I can not open an attach word document in Outlook. I am using Microsoft office 2003
I am using Windows XP pro, and Internet Explorer 7.0

hi there,

if the attachment received is in office 2007 format

you will need to install office 2007

or ask the sender to convert the files in office 2003 format

Or maybe the file has been corrupt so you mean to tell the person who sent you this document to send again
