Create Multiple folders under a folder

Hello,
I have a folder named data with thousands of folders. I need to create a folder e.g test in
all those thousands of folders. Is there a way to do this through a batch file or something.

I think you might need a programmer. If you cant do it then just dont do it. Create one by one
