Hello,

I am looking for the mac address of my pc


I have been searching in my computer and it is giving me only the computer name

How can i provide myself my mac address?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi,

To find your mac address, you have to open an MS-DOS window and to type ipconfig / all
Themacaddress is the physical address.

Ipconfig/all

Hi

Click on RUN >type>cmd and press enter >command promt is showing type > ipconfig /all and enter
you can see your ip,and MAC address.

Its easy just enter the command prompt (cmd) and type {ipconfig /all}
the mac address is the one called physical address under the ethernet controller paragraph

Click on the Start Menu.
Click on 'Run...'
Type 'cmd' without quotes and press Enter.
if using Windows XP, you can use the command 'getmac'.
