Cod4 map pack

Hello,
I have cod4 for the ps3. I want to download the new map pack off the playstation store. I was told that i needed a code to enter and it should be in the box that the game come in, but the game is 2nd hand and there is no code in there. So if i download it direct from the store will i need the code or will i get one with the download????

look on the back of your game guide in the case and try that code
