Ms Access window application to C# . Net web

Hello,
Please help,
I have a window application done in Ms Access and backend is Ms SQL 2005. I would like convert it into C# . Net web application. is there a quick way to convert than writing from scratch?
NB: I'm new in C# but I realy want to learn.
